Trick or Treat

May May stuck to the Boo! sleeper. It had Boo! printed on his feet and butt. So cute!
When will we be able to take a family pic when everyone is looking at the camera?

Monkey LOVES his airplane and had to be bribed with cheese to come in the house. He kept pointing up to the sky and saying "I fly high momma! I fly high!!
Once we got the pumpkins all cleaned out THEN Monkey decided he liked pumpkins and wanted to play with not only the pumpkins but all the cut out pieces too.

This was Monkey's first response to looking inside a pumpkin and watching daddy clean out the seeds.
Sunday was Trick or Treat in our town but it was so windy and cold it was hard to stay outside very long. Moose worked for a week on Monkey's costume and it turned out perfect!! We had fun carving pumpkins, trying on the airplane, visiting friends and in the end having supper at JuJu's house.

Hair Cut For Monkey

My dad scheduled an appointment at a real hair place to get my hair cut this time. If you saw it before I got it cut it was down to my eyes and I looked like a mop top (still cute). Then my parents got ants in their pants and decided to BUZZ it all off. I tried to stop them, really I did, I cried, threw my arms around, kicked and even tried to tell them they were "DONE!!!!". But they kept buzzing. So now I sortta like it. My grandma says I look like my cousin Drake. JuJu says I look like daddy. I just know I'm done with hair cuts for a while.

Whyte Cousins

Six beautiful children the oldest is going to be six and the last five all fall within a year to a year and a half of each other. It is so fun to get together with our Whyte cousins and this past weekend we had a reason (altough we never need one). Auntie Annie and Aunt ReRe had birthdays so we celebrated with a beautiful cake the kids decorated, pumpkin gift bags from JuJu and lots of playing. Thanks Auntie Annie for a great day.

Weis Visit

We went out to Moose's cousin, Amber's home to visit. We played outside on their cool jungle gym (do they even call it that anymore?). Monkey's favorite thing to play with was their play kitchen. He loves to cook!

Pumpkin Farm with the Wirchs

May, May loves being outside and smiles all the time.
Monkey, May May and Jamin
The two Families.
Popcorn in corn, what could be better.
I remember going to the pumpkin farm with Jamin and his dad when Jamin was just 9 months old and each year after that it seems we have added another person to our families. It is such a nice tradition and hopefully we do it for many years to come.

Pumpkin Farm with the Fischers

Baby cousin so adorable!
Yummy apples
Playing with cars and cousins
Monkey pushing baby
We had so much fun with the Fischers when we went to a pumpkin farm in Fond du lac. It was a very hot day but we had a lot of fun. That night when I put Monkey to bed we recapped the day and he talked about the tractor we sat behind on the hay ride, the apples we picked and ate while we walked around the orchard, the BIG!!! pumpkins we saw and of course playing with his cousins. We had a wonderful dinner, Monkey's favorite, TACOS!!

Monkey: Our Teacher

We have only known this little guy for 22 months but he has taught us more than anyone else in our lives (except our parents, of course!). When you look in his eyes can you see that sassy personality of his mommy or that competitive edge of his daddy? That georgous smile that lights up our life is so contagious and brings us unlimited joy. He loves his brother so much and always wants to make sure he is ok and that someone is taking care of him if he is crying. It is so fun to see life through the eyes of our talkative soon to be two year old. He is amazed at everything and can share that amazement with us through words like "BIG TRUCK" and "Coming momma?" and "That's fun, AGAIN!" and he will yell across the room "MAY, MAY I WUV YOU". Now I understand why my mom and dad had six kids they are by far the most amazing creatures God has created. He has taught us so much about ourselves, what it means to be a family and how it feels to love beyond any boundaries.

Green Lake Weekend

Before I went back to work Marty and I took a mini-vacation up to Green Lake. The boys stayed with Airy and Bart. They had a fun weekend and didn't miss us a bit. We had a great time and slept a ton!! Thank you to Airy and Bart for taking such good care of our boys.

Racine Zoo

Do you remember going to the Racine zoo as a kid? I do, but I remember animals. Not many animals left at the zoo. We saw lions, monkeys and kangaroos. Monkey loves the monkeys and would have sat there all day watching them. No one else was there so Monkey got to walk all over which he loved.
