Thomas!!!

At the birthday party on Saturday Birthday boy received a Thomas bridge. Monkey mustered up all of his strength to keep his emotions in check. then the floodgates opened and Monkey wanted to play with the bridge and Thomas. Up to that point Monkey did not have any Thomas items of his own. So he screamed and cried and screamed and cried. It was really heartbreaking because all he wanted was to play with Thomas. Birthday boy gave Monkey "Rosie" to take home with him (and get him to stop crying), which worked. The next day we decided it was time to break down and get him his own Thomas. He hasn't stopped playing with it since we got home. He is in love!!

Easter

Monkey and Daddy unpack Monkey's Easter basket from "Grammy" Bunny. His favorite thing was a small orange wheelbarrow. We had a great time at Aunt Bart's house for our Easter lunch. We were planning on going to JuJu's after Barb's house but Ju Ju went up north to welcome grandchild number seven Julia Jean. What a great Easter gift.

Our little baby is almost 9 months old. He is feeding himself, standing with help, crawling like crazy and is driving his older brother crazy.

Monkey likes to help, every once and a while, and this night he wanted to help feed May-May. He did this for quite a while. It was really cute!
