Our Trip on the Train!

We took our boys on their first train ride. Not a long ride just a few stops down to Lake Bluff. We went to their farmers market, played on the playground equipment and got back on the train. Both boys were so excited and Monkey was jumping out of his skin when he heard the "Toot-Toot" of the train coming. We had a great time.

Bulldog meets Cubbie

Our friends got a new little puppy, Cubbie! Both of our boys love dogs but Bulldog was in love with Cubbie!! How can daddy say no doggies??

Friends Birthday Party!

Monkey went in a jumper for the first time and he loved it. He liked watching the older kids do flips and jump really high.

Condo Fun!

We planted flowers in pots to put in the front and the back of the condo. We check on them daily and make sure they are ok, water them and take pictures. However, a small basil plant ended up on the front porch, not sure where that came from.

Friends over for a cookout.

Chocolate Fest in Burlington

Monkey loved the circus train. I think he loved it the most because he got to ride by himself. After the train stopped the attendant unbuckled him and then.....All hell broke loose. The attendant just looked at us, we looked around us like "whose kid is that???" Then we went and pulled him off the train screaming. I wonder what he is going to be like when we go see Thomas??

Bulldog watched his big brother ride the train.

We had fun at Chocolate Fest in Burlington. They had a great petting tent with bunnies, goats, pigs and sheep. The chocolate tent was yummy!!

Mother's Day

We had a wonderful Mother's day with our little family. We went to church then out to Pets for a picnic lunch, fun on the playground and a hike. After that we went over to Mary's to say Happy Mother's day to Grammy.
On Saturday we said Happy Mother's Day to JuJu with the rest of the Whyte cousins. Cooper and Mason made handprint vases for all the mothers.
